A few months ago M & W Lawyers decided to to install a central server, and now that process has just been successfully completed. To everyone's satisfaction, this allows employees to access and use Cicero LawPack from anywhere at any time. "I am aware that we are far from exploiting all possibilities of the package, but we will certainly continue to gradually discover and apply them in our office."
Wim Pulinx is also very pleased with the cooperation with Informa Europe bvba. "The cooperation goes smoothly and also in a personal way. The helpdesk is readily accessible and offers ongoing support, where you immediately get someone on the line. You're not put on hold or asked to push a series of buttons to finally get to speak to someone. If a solution isn't immediately available, you get a call back shortly afterwards with the solution. "
W & M Law Firm currently has four employees, including two lawyers and an employee. The office also works with several law firms at home and abroad (e.g. Germany, Netherlands and Italy).
